1. SpendDay is provided "as is" for personal expense tracking. Receipt recognition is done by AI and may contain mistakes — check the amounts before making financial decisions.
2. The SpendDay Pro subscription is purchased and cancelled through the App Store; refunds follow Apple's rules.
3. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload other people's documents without permission, or try to access other users' data.
4. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app.
